Bakes FAQ

Are your bakes vegetarian-friendly?

Yes, they are! Our bakes do not contain any animal products but do reach out to us if you have any concerns or if we should look out for any specific ingredient.

Are your bakes vegan-friendly?

Unfortunately not. Our bakes contain eggs, dairy and other animal byproducts.

How long can I keep your bakes?

Delivery FAQ

Additional charges (based on location/re-delivery)

We offer delivery at $8 islandwide (except Jurong Island/Pulau Ubin) if your timing is flexible.

Sentosa/Tuas: +$5

If under any circumstance that we were unable to deliver to you (i.e. security/concierge refuse to allow delivery personnel in or they are unable to carry our instructions as stated by you), and/or you are uncontactable during delivery while these issues occur, we will have to charge a redelivery fee ($8) once we are forced to leave the premises under our best judgement. Rest assured that we always do our best to have it delivered to you and try to accommodate as much as possible, but certain situations may be unavoidable.

What time will you deliver? Can I choose my timing?

Deliveries will be made any time between 12pm-7pm. Unfortunately, we do not allow for any selection of specific timings for the $8 delivery as our courier service optimises their route according to location, which would explain the reduced cost in delivery.

If there are any changes, we will inform you! If you need your bakes by a certain timing, you may feel free to request for it at a charge of $20. This option can be selected at checkout. Please drop us a message to arrange for your bakes to be delivered at your desired timing after checkout!

Do you do same day delivery?

We do not offer this service for now as all our bakes are baked-to-order. If there are any extras on the day itself, they will usually only be available for self-collection. Stay up to date with us on Instagram!

What time can I pick-up my bakes?

Self collection is strictly between 12-4pm as stated in your order, unless informed. 

 

Shop FAQ

What are your opening hours?

We are predominantly still an online bakery operating from Wednesdays - Sundays, so you can make an order on our website anytime. We serve up some special items off the online menu on Saturdays and Sundays, so you may also drop by our shop at 183 Jalan Pelikat, #01-73 S537643 on the weekends!

Can I cancel/change my order?

Please be very certain of your decision before placing an order on our website. Do enquire with us about any concerns or special requests before making an order, as having to cancel or refund orders prolongs and confuses our administrative process! Strictly no refunds or cancellations after payment is made. Thank you for your understanding!
